A highly specialized bearing protector manufactured via precision injection molding directly onto the bearing housing, customized to exact client dimensions. Engineered from a unique polymer, the material is highly resistant to water, acids, alkalis, and extreme temperatures up to 200°C. It integrates built-in corrosion inhibitors and features a thermally conductive composition to prevent bearing overheating, forming a solid, hermetically sealed barrier on static and rotating dynamic assemblies.
