A revolutionary, patented conveyor skirting system designed to eliminate belt friction, wear, and dust emissions. Constructed with a unique inward-facing steel frame and diagonal blades, it deflects large material particles back onto the belt while utilizing the conveyor's natural airflow to generate a negative pressure vacuum (Venturi effect). This vacuum pulls airborne dust and small particles back into the main material stream without making physical contact with the conveyor belt.

Traditional rubber skirting rubs against the belt, wearing out in weeks and carving deep grooves in the expensive belt. Implementing the S.F.I. AirScrape provides a complete seal without touching the belt, utilizing the air current to draw fine cement dust back into the flow, saving thousands in belt replacements and cleanup costs.

Application 2: Coal-Fired Power Plant Conveying Systems
