A highly innovative, dynamic screening media designed to maximize production throughput while minimizing operating costs. Unlike static screening media that rely solely on the overall vibration of the heavy screen box (500-1,000 strokes/min), FLEX-MAT utilizes independent, high-tensile wire strands that vibrate autonomously at extreme high frequencies of 6,000 to 10,000 strokes per minute, completely eliminating blinding, pegging, and clogging issues.

Application 1: Wet Quarry Screening in Winter

Quarry screening operations face severe production drops during winter months because damp sand and clay stick to traditional wire screens, blinding the mesh openings within hours. This requires frequent shutdowns for manual power-washing. S.F.I.'s FLEX-MAT high-vibration wires shake loose damp sand and sticky clay instantly. This keeps the screen openings 100% open, allowing the quarry to maintain full production capacity throughout the wet season.

Application 2: High-Precision Industrial Mineral Classification

In high-precision mining operations, products must be classified into exact size gradations. Trapped stones (pegged material) in standard wire mesh reduce the screening surface area and allow out-of-spec product to contaminate the final pile. The independent movement of FLEX-MAT's wires allows wedged stones to pop out immediately, ensuring precise, clean material sizing and maximum product quality.

Application 3: Hygroscopic Industrial Salt & Potash Screening

Industrial salts and fertilizer potash are highly hygroscopic, absorbing ambient moisture and forming hard crusts that clog standard screens. FLEX-MAT's high-frequency independent wire vibrations crack and shed salt crystals before they can bond to the wires, ensuring continuous, high-volume sizing of premium chemicals.
