The HAZEMAG dynarox Mobile Feeder & Primary Crusher is a massive, track-mounted primary processing plant that integrates a heavy-duty apron feeder (HAEMAG HAF series) and a powerful primary crusher (such as a sizer or primary impactor) onto a single, heavy-duty mobile chassis. This system is engineered to receive large run-of-mine rocks and heavy blasted material directly from wheel loaders or dump trucks right at the quarry face. The rugged apron feeder, constructed from thick, wear-resistant steel pans, is designed to absorb high-impact forces from falling boulders. It provides a highly controlled, variable-speed volumetric feed directly into the crusher throat, preventing choking and maximizing crushing efficiency. By performing primary crushing directly at the excavation site, the plant eliminates the need for expensive internal truck fleets, allowing the crushed material to be transported out of the quarry via efficient overland conveyor systems.
